Roadtrip Planner ("the Service") is an online travel planning tool operated by Cristian Enache, PFA, registered in Romania ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is accessible at r-planner.ro and allows users to generate, view, and save road trip itineraries for Mediterranean and Atlantic island destinations.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial travel planning purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the attractions database or any curated content from the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's functionality
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Romanian or EU law

Unregistered users may generate one (1) road trip itinerary without creating an account. This free itinerary is available for the duration of the browser session only and is not saved. No payment or registration is required to use the free tier.

The Explorer Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks the following features:

• Storage of more than one saved route in your account
• Explorer Mode: the ability to create custom routes from scratch using the curated attractions database across all available island destinations

The Explorer Pass is offered as a one-time payment with no recurring charges. Access is granted for as long as the Service remains operational, with a guaranteed minimum active service period of twelve (12) months from the date of your purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service beyond the minimum period. If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via the email address associated with your account.

To save routes or access Explorer Pass features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on the Service — including the curated attractions database, route generation logic, design, and text — is the intellectual property of Cristian Enache, PFA. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of any part of the Service is prohibited.

User-generated content (such as custom routes you create in Explorer Mode) remains your own. By saving content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to you within the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Route suggestions, attraction information, or distances will be accurate or up to date
• The Service will meet your specific travel planning requirements

Travel planning involves independent judgment. All itineraries generated by the Service are suggestions only. Always verify information independently before making travel, accommodation, or transport bookings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cristian Enache, PFA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, losses, or reliance on route information provided by the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Explorer Pass.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

The Explorer Pass is a one-time digital purchase that grants access to premium features of the Roadtrip Planner service (r-planner.ro). By completing your purchase, you receive:

• Storage of more than one saved route
• Explorer Mode: build custom itineraries from scratch using our curated attractions database

Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

The Explorer Pass is sold at a one-time price displayed at checkout, currently less than €20. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases at any time; your purchase price is locked at the time of transaction.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Your Explorer Pass provides access for as long as the Service remains operational. We guarantee a minimum active service period of twelve (12) months from your date of purchase.

If the Service is discontinued before your 12-month minimum period has elapsed, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund calculated from the date of discontinuation notice to the end of your guaranteed period.

Because the Explorer Pass is a digital product and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we operate a no-refund policy in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), which provides an exemption from the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content where delivery has begun with the consumer's prior consent.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions — we will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge)
• Your payment was processed but Explorer Pass features were never activated on your account
• We discontinue the Service within 30 days of your purchase date

To request an exception refund, contact us at cristian@jcstudio.ro with your purchase confirmation and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

The Explorer Pass is tied to a registered account on r-planner.ro. You must be logged in to access paid features. If you delete your account, your Explorer Pass access will be permanently lost and is not transferable to another account.

The Explorer Pass is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges, no subscription renewals, and no automatic payments of any kind. You will never be charged again after your initial purchase unless you make a new, separate purchase.
